"I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was bad enough that others should be aware. On arrival, the check-in staff member was friendly and welcoming, which initially gave us some confidence. Unfortunately, that was where the positives ended. The room itself was clearly not cleaned to an acceptable standard — surfaces felt neglected and the overall condition was far below what you would reasonably expect. The bathroom was particularly concerning, with a persistent sewage smell that made it unpleasant to use. On top of that, the hallway outside had a noticeable smell of marijuana, which only added to the sense that the property was not being properly managed. When we raised these issues and asked to change rooms, communication effectively stopped. What began as a responsive front desk experience quickly turned into being ignored, with no meaningful attempt to resolve the situation. Ultimately, we felt we had no choice but to leave early and find alternative accommodation at our own expense. This was a disappointing and frustrating experience. Basic cleanliness, responsive service, and a safe, comfortable environment are not unreasonable expectations — and unfortunately, this hotel failed on all three."

"The room stank of toilet drain that you couldn’t get rid off by opening windows- otherwise was also not the cleanest room / dust and hair in the bathroom. No one around in the morning to take key back or for any other help / photos of the property are misleading how big the rooms are - or that they are offer breakfast . Which they are not . But the hotel is in a good area easy to find good cafes "

"Extremely run down, didn't expect much given the low proce but this was mush worse condition than description and pictures present. Worst of all, water pressure is so low that frequently during my stay there was no water. Staff was kind did their best like offered me to us basment bathroom but that's not realy a solution, paod for ensuite and having access to public bathroom 3 floors down (no elevator). Staff also said water pressure is frequently low so it happens a lot! Also window does not fully close so had to sleep with earplugs due to street noise and lucky it wasnt cold or rainy as it would be leaking inside through the window gap. Hotel needs urgent maintenance."
