"My poor experience with this booking started 5 minutes after booking it,where i received a confirmation email for booking followed by another email to say i have to pay 50 pounds extra for linen which was not mentioned in the booking, so ive contacted Expedia and they adviced that i should not pay and they will get in touch. When we arrived to the property the owner said we have to pay 50 pounds or we can't check in,so we had to pay. Anyway,after checking in,the linen were vlean,but otherwise...

"Upon Arrival the Room I was Staying in had Not been Cleaned or Prepared. I reported this in Person to Reception. They got the Cleaner onto the situation. Credit due it was Cleaned out and Prepared satisfactory but this should have been all done before I arrived. Later in the Evening I find out that the Kettle in room wasn't working either. I reported but it took Two Nights before it was replaced. For Breakfast they give you a Voucher and it's a Restaurant about a Five Minutes walk away, Ok if you're happy with this... And of course providing the Weather is kind."
