Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Stayz is a waste.

Arrived at accommodation in South Korea. They had no idea who we were or who Stayz was. Stayz offered us free accommodation for the night but we're still trying to get reimbursed for it.
