Friendly staff and rooms were clean with beautiful soft bedding. Loved having a washing machine in the room. Central to everything. Air conditioning worked great. Quiet when doors are closed. My room was in the back. Would stay here again.

The hotel was in a very continent location and hotel room was very clean. The bathroom was so small, the shower water got all over the bathroom and toilet.

The property is really nice, clean, great location, the staff is very nice and they cleaned our room every day. The only thing is we had the queen + twin room and the room spacing is a bit tight on one side as there is no room to walk even to get to bed. Other than that, great stay. I would prob go with a diff room next time.

The hotel is central to everything for a first time. It’s walkable to the palace and there are stations everywhere. The staff are nice. The gym needs a lot of work. And if you arrive late pick up food from the airport.

Amazing stay! I would definitely return if visiting Seoul again. The location is excellent for exploring the city. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained and convenient. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended.

big room that was just the right size for 4 people. big fridge with a large freezer section was available. great being able to do laundry during our stay. great area, nearby popular markets and lots of restaurants making it easy to find breakfast in the morning without wandering too far. staff was very friendly as well.

Good location (across street from Namdaemun Market ) and walkable to main sites. Staff were great. Room was clean and spacious, however, the bed is very very hard. Only one pillow was provided which makes it hard to rest against if recliner on the bed.

Pleasant surprise to walk into the room with the size of it, but also a washing machine. Essential as I travel fairly light and it saves the trouble of finding either laundry or the loose change required. Spotless and even a handy balcony for drying the clothes, although you have to improvise with the hangers. Decent location for things and getting around.

The room was clean, fresh, and spacious, which made the stay very comfortable. One small downside was that many of the cabinets were decorative rather than functional, it would have been much more useful if they provided real storage space. Despite the language barrier, the staff were genuinely kind and did their best to assist in every way possible. The location was excellent, with easy walking access to Myeongdong and Namdaemun Market, plus plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions nearby to explore on foot. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose to stay here again.
