My room was small yet super comfortable it was only myself staying the room. So it actually made things seem cozy and I really appreciate the air humidifier that was placed inside the room for use. The over all amenities could be better but I won’t complain because there pricing is great. I definitely will be staying here in the future.

The room I had was pretty clean! Loved that they have a humidifier in the room. Loved that they have a bath and Korean-style shower. Really conveniently located to bus stops and with a bit more walking, you can get to the subway. Loved the location - about 25 mins to Hongdae and 30 mins to Gangnam. The staff were all really nice and they usually have someone who speaks English working at the front desk. The hotel focuses on being ecofriendly so they have different bags for you to separate your trash. Only complaint is that sometimes they forget to give you new bags.

Ideal
This was the fifth hotel I stayed in, in this part of Seoul, and it was the best, albeit a little more expensive than the others. It was during the pandemic, so all the hotels were very cheap anyway. I have no complaints about this one; everything was good. My stay was to visit the National Museum and there is a bus stop very near the hotel where I caught the bus (502) right to the museum, so it was very convenient.

Great location, new and clean
Except the reception is at 11th floor, the hotel has great location near metro, eateries, shopping streets! Staff at reception are friendly, facilities are new and the cleaning Auntie did great job!

The Hotel is in a great area, walking distance to a lot of attractions and there are subway and bus stops nearby. We had a great view from our room! Unfortunately, the beds and the bedding was not comfortable.

Great Location
Great Location with many restaurants nearby, 5-10mins walk to Myeongdong. Nice staff but there is room for improvement for its soundproof and housekeeping - our stuff is often being found underneath the bed after housekeeping. Separated Japanese Style Washroom / Bathroom design is good for group travel, suggest to add some hooks or hanger in bathroom as our clothes were end up all wet after shower.

for a Good nights rest.
The Hotel is new and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is from 6.30 -8.30 am it is too early for me. Basically it is a no frills hotel. It is three star hotel good for a good nights rest.

All the Reception staff speak fluent Japanese. It's close to the City Hall subway station as well as Shinsegae department store. One minor drawback was that there was no body lotion while other amenities, such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bath salt etc were in the room.

Everything was great - location, services, facilities & room. The only thing not so good is the hand towels are very worn out. I think this affects the image of the hotel.
