Staying here was a disappointment. The hotel location was convenient to a subway station, but tucked down an unattractive alley. The room looked nice with some nice style elements, but it seemed dirty. The toilet was not completely clean and we needed to clean it some. They kept some cleaning supplies in the one closet with hangers for your clothes, so we used them. The room was humid due to the weather, but the AC did not seem to work. And we only had a fan that helped at night. We checked in late on a Thursday (10pm) and there were 4-5 older men who seemed a little drunk in the lobby which did not make a good impression. At least a couple of them ended up staying down the hall from us, but we did not see anything like this the next 2 days. We cut our stay short by one day because we wanted to stay somewhere nicer. I would have left sooner, but was worried I might not get reimbursed.

ファンミーティングのあるKSPOドームに徒歩圏内ということで滞在しましたがチェックインもタッチパネルで簡単で広くてきれいな部屋でした。エアコンの風量とシャワーの水量を調節できない以外大きな不具合はなく快適に過ごせました。

Just a place to stay

A place to stay. No perks, a bit run down, front desk was never staffed, fixtures falling of the wall, and super small for two people. But, it was close to the park where our event was held.

五連泊したが、一度も部屋の掃除が入りませんでした。エアコンもリモコンが無く、運転か停止しかありません。エアコンの位置が悪く風が顔に直撃するので、つけたまま寝るのは難しく、かといって切ると暑いです。一泊くらいなら安いし我慢できると思いますが、連泊はお勧めしません。立地は良いです。

･チェックインは機械でok簡単です。予約番号より名前で照合かけると直ぐ出来ます。チェックアウトは直接カウンターへカードキーを渡せば終わりです。･部屋に電子レンジありませんでした。一階まで降りて、エレベーター前に共用の物がありますので、それを使用。･部屋に備え付けのタオルが全部臭い。消臭スプレーを持参していたので、それを結構吹き付けてみましたがそれでも臭くて一切使いませんでした。･ゴミ箱のごみ袋が予備で一枚ゴミ箱内にあったので、多めのゴミが出ても困らず。･風呂場の湯船には結構熱めの湯を張らないと直ぐ冷める。カランがとてつもなく堅い。女性は一瞬戸惑うかも。利用後の水流音がかなり大きい（シャワーも）ので深夜の排水は迷惑になるレベル。･メインルームにも洗面台があり、その周りにゴミが放置されていました（ペットボトルのキャップ、ビニールの包装？）･部屋にサングラスと眼鏡を忘れたと思いますが、その連絡は一切ありません。･部屋の空調は、真冬に利用したこともありますが暑すぎるくらい暖まります。一度カードキーを抜くと設定温度リセットされるのでしょうか？帰って来る度に暑く感じました。･ベッドはとても清潔で枕にもニオイはありません。ただ、固定が甘いので何度が乗り降りしている間にマットレスがズレてきます。

歯ブラシ、コーヒー等のアメニティがありませんでした。チェックインチェックアウトは機械で行い、日本語対応も出来ました。朝食は簡易的なバイキングで、ちょっと物足りないですが、朝食としては十分です。

Slept terribly due to bed bugs in the bed. Also, I wouldn't recommend the breakfast buffet, the food was cold and the selection was worse than the usual complimentary breakfasts.

まず、ドライヤーが壊れてて、交換してもらう為に何度もお願いしました。最初にお願いしていたフロントのお兄さんいつの間にかいなくなり、別のお兄さんにまた説明し、部屋まで持ってきてもらいました。部屋の扉は固くて、コツを掴むまで最初開けられなかった。お部屋には髪の毛が落ちてる。枕元に小さい虫も出ました。そもそもスタッフが一人しかいないのかな。２日間お世話になったけど、残念でした。。

면적이 넓고 필요한 물건들이 잝구비되어있습니다. 다만 침대는 지저분햐고... 화장실은 곰팡이가 조식은 먹기가 곤란하니다.

Bathtub was broken/ water leaking out, toilet seat broken, interior broken, bathroom sink was broken and fixed with tape, everything was dirty(literally dirt up to the ceiling!!), no full shower gel when we checked in, hair and trash from other guests left behind, beds were uncomfortable and felt like a plastic plane, lobby smells disgusting sometimes.
