"Clean room, it was what I expected."

"My experience at the Excalibur was incredibly frustrating from the very beginning. I booked a Royal Superior room, but the quality of the accommodations was extremely low and did not match the name at all. The check-in process was a total mess and took an hour and a half just to get into the room. When I finally got inside, the bathtub was dirty and there were visible stains all over the walls. The carpet felt old and grimy, the entire space had a strong smell of stale smoke, and there was no coffee provided. This was supposed to be an upgraded room, but it felt neglected and poorly maintained. I would not recommend staying here until they address the lack of cleanliness and the unacceptable wait times at the front desk."

"Perfect location. Close enough to the strip but quite at the same time. Loved the full kitchen and washer dryer. The huge units were very comfy. Downside are the elevators- this was our second time at the resort and second time elevators were broken. Very inconvenient with long waits to go up and down the whole 5 days we were there."

"It’s not family friendly, the standard room doesn’t have a coffee maker and microwave. Even though it was four of us, the towels and supplies were for two. Our key cards never worked to exit parking lot "
