"I never expected this hotel to be in such poor condition. The hallways were not very clean, and there was an unpleasant smell throughout the property. In addition, some of the employees at the reception desk were not professional or welcoming. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and I expected much better service and cleanliness from this hotel."
