The money had already been taken from my bank account when I booked online but they insisted I have to give then extra $100 they would refund when I check out. Looked like a scam to me. Never had something like that in NZ before. "

"This a beautiful hotel in the heart of the city. You can walk around to nice restaurants and shopping mall. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Staff was super friendly. It was raining the day we stayed there and we were able to borrow umbrellas from the hotel. We had a great stay and would love to stay again."

"Things to know, there is a 24/7 shop just behind the hotel, you go through the lobby. At the front (Reception side) there's Pizza Hut, Kebab, Shop that are open till late. The Buffet is good too and also the facilities, pool, spa, sauna, herbal steam room, the showers 👍"
