This was an awesome property that was peaceful and quiet. The unit was very clean and comfortable and has a great setup for coffee as well as microwave, toaster and microwave for light meals if you wanted. We ate at the Plume Restaurant and food was exceptional with a beautiful view of a djacent winery. It's close to both Warkworth and Matakana towns and I would definitely stay there again for a romantic getaway.

I wish I could live there full-time! Just a gorgeous, gorgeous Villa, perfectly equipped with everything you need, aesthetically elegant, relaxing. Set in grounds that are lush, green, beautifully landscaped, yet authentically New Zealand. Lovely walking trails and a nice pool. my only small quibble would be that the pool is not very large, but that’s a very small detail in the big picture. This is a wonderful place to stay, highly recommend!

Trying to be more than it is.

This place really isn’t my vibe. Tries to be upscale but misses my mark of user friendly, Gave up after 10 minutes trying to figure out the TV remote - kitchen area has a microwave but received a notice saying I couldn’t cook food. Weirdest bathroom - all one big open area (shower, toilet, sink) - sink was too small with no countertop - half the room floods when taking a shower so had to use an ECO friendly towel to dry area around toilet. And on and on. Somebody probably received an award for design of this place - but not from me. Perhaps they make a u-tube video on how to run all the amenities (still don’[t know how to get the fan off HIGH). Comfortable nights sleep but that’s about it.
