I had told her it was a super special occasion and not only was the place beautiful, with everything we could ask for but we had a surprise waiting for us in the kitchen! We celebrated our 40th anniversary with what they left for us and had a lovely and relaxing evening. "Once again we enjoyed our stay. The cottage was warm (the new radiators are a great improvement and were a great boon in the very cold weather we experienced), comfortable and well-equipped. We particularly appreciated the porch which provided ample space for boots, wellies and shoes and which enabled us to keep the cold outside at bay."
