Staff went above and beyond for our honeymoon with decorations and a personal card in our room upon arrival. The facilities are very clean and picturesque. You are within walking distance of everything you need. Great for one night say or several! Perfect place in Fort William! 5 stars! "

"This hotel is in a beautiful yet convenient location, if driving, just off the main road to/from Glencoe. It was peaceful with a stunning outlook, which you get the full view of from the restaurant. We had the family room, which was spacious but didn’t have the benefit of the good view. The room was lovely but the shower was not hot so we were given a key to another room to use the electric shower there. The shower was a mains sourced one and the boiler had just been serviced so hadn’t heated the tank up by the time we needed the shower on arrival. The room was warm and comfortable otherwise. We ate here and the food was excellent. The breakfast was very good too with the beautiful view an added bonus. Highly recommend this lovely hotel. "
