I would especially like to recognize the Korean gentleman manager who assists with luggage — he was excellent and very attentive. During my first visit we had a few challenges due to my disability, but on this trip everything went smoothly and we were able to interact very well. "Location is perfect being a few minutes walk to the train station, Yuzawa Kogen ski lifts, restaurants and shops. The food for breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent in quality and variety. We stayed 4 nights and was not bored of the spread. "
