"Minakamikan is a great place to Stay, Clean and bright interior. Onsen was very nice, rooms have been keep in top shape, with new fresh tatami mats, clean walls, etc. Buffett breakfast had a lot of choices, Japanese and some western items. Wi-Fi in lobby only. free transport to and from Minakami station can be arranged."

"GW中の5月初旬に利用しました。前月4月にリブランドオープンとのことだったのでまだ1ヶ月経たずしての宿泊でした。リブランドに間違いないかもしれませんが、前ホテルからの完全居抜きで、それ自体は構いませんが、年季の入った設備のあらゆるところにホコリがあり、とてもリブランドオープン間もないホテルとは思えませんでした。また、ルームウェアやスリッパが置いておらず、電話で確認したところフロントまで取りに来てくださいとのことでした。あと、セミダブルベッドでしたが、ベッドの中心あたりが人型で窪んでいたので年季を感じました。 前述通り、居抜きは構わないと思いますが、リブランドオープンに合わせて、せめて部屋のクリーニングは徹底して欲しいと強く感じました。安いホテルなのでやむを得ないのかもしれませんが、もっと安いホテルでも清潔に保たれてるところは結構あるので。"

"Checkout staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The onsen was welcoming for foreigners and we were informed tattoos were okay too, which was an unexpected surprise. Amenities (including robe for the onsen) were provided and there were vending machines easily accessible as well. Short walk to Yuzawa Station so it was very convenient. Compared to other properties in the area, it was nice to stay in a hotel with a private bathroom for only a slight price increase from hostel-style accommodations....
