"We have been coming to the Destin area for over 20 years. This condo and the complex were fantastic. Very quite and peaceful compared to the hustle and bustle of Destin and Miramar Beach. The prices were even better than in the Destin area. Great pools (4) and hottubs (2) too."

"My friends and I stayed here for a girls trip and had a fantastic time! The house was very clean and was stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. We were able to check in early after arriving ahead of schedule which was so wonderful after a 20 hour drive from Wisconsin! Brian responded promptly to our emails and was very accommodating. The pool is a bit of a walk away, but being right on the ocean is worth it! We would absolutely stay here again and hope to return in the future!"

"TLDR; Misleading listing. First floor fully visible from outside at night even with blinds down. No window coverings. Left immediately. Host and Vrbo refused refund—only resolved through credit card dispute.We did not stay and left immediately upon arrival due to a serious privacy and safety issue not reflected in the listing.At night, with lights on and blinds fully down, the entire first floor is clearly visible from outside. From the driveway, we could see the layout, furniture, and even kitchen appliances. The main living area was fully exposed to anyone outside and the neighbors directly across. This was not apparent from the listing photos.We went inside briefly to check for additional coverings and found none—no curtains or anything usable on the first floor. There were curtains upstairs, which shows awareness of privacy concerns, but that same standard was not applied to the main living area.We did not bring any belongings inside and left within minutes to find other accommodations.The biggest issue was the response afterward. We immediately contacted the host and Vrbo, provided photos, and explained the situation. Despite clear evidence and acknowledgment from a Vrbo rep that the main level was clearly visible, the host refused to issue a refund. The only way we recovered our money was through a credit card dispute.If you choose to stay and encounter an issue requiring a refund, be aware that resolving it may be difficult and not guaranteed."

"The location and community was beautiful. The cottage is plenty large enough to accommodate guests and beds were comfortable. The opportunity to use the cart and bikes was a plus. Kitchen was fully equipped with quality dishes and utensils. My issue was on cleanliness of funiture specifically-- indoor and oitdoor. Furniture in the living room was very dingy with old stains and actually new crumbs upon us entering. The outdoor furniture was dirty (weathered, filmy), mostly easily wiped off, but uninviting. Cleaning services came quickly to clean inside when I responded a few things I found that seemed to be left behind by earlier renters. However, the indoor dingy, stained downstairs furniture I never felt comfortable sitting on."

"There are so many things we loved about this home. The overall space is beautiful and perfect for 16 people, the location is unmatched (close to the beach and restaurants) and the size of the pool and backyard space was incredible for hanging out. Communication with Kim was also easy and fast. The only downside is that there are a few maintenance/cleanliness things that could be done to make the property even better."

"This house was one of the best homes we've stayed in. It had everything you would need and more! The home was super clean and the beds were comfy. The only thing that would have made it better was if the home were on the beach, but with the bikes and golf cart, getting there was no issue at all. It was nice to throw everything on the golf cart and take a short trip down the road. The neighborhood was really nice and far enough away from the crowds, but you can take the golf cart to Seaside if you want to be in the mix of it all. Just out the back door is a nature trail if you wish to walk or bike in the woods. So much to do and you can't beat the beach! Would love to come back sometime!"
