"For those who want the nitty gritty:Check-in wasn’t as seamless as the app made it seem it would be. The door code they emailed me at check-in didn’t work, I had to call and go through several codes with them on the phone, and the code never uploaded to view on the app. As far as cleanliness, everything looked amazing on the surface and I would’ve given 5 stars had I not experienced seeing the amount of crud that came off of the bottom shower door when I tried to wipe the excess water off. I also called to get them to come and change the batteries in the fire alarm, and they didn’t call back despite following the prompts to have someone call back. My main note that I think would make a HUGE improvement, upgrading the shampoo/soap dispenser in the shower to one that has a lock, similar to Moxy hotels. I’m too paranoid about guests having access to put things into it. All in all, would I personally stay again? Yes, the value, location, appliances, and amount of space for the price couldn’t be beat, I’m not picky about where I stay, and I don’t let inconveniences get to me. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Littke Birds. The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed and even a gift from our hostess! It had a very comfy feel and was a great home away from home. The location is excellent, close to shops and restaurants and right beside the walking path. Any questions we had were immediately answered by our hostess. The beach access was right across the street and 3 pools are available. "

"This house worked perfectly for our family. It was so close to the beach and some amazing restaurants! Host was so communicative and even threw out some ideas for entertainment and dining. The beds were really comfortable which is usually a big issue with rentals!! The 6 person golf cart was a huge bonus as we used it all the time to go into town and the beach! I would highly recommend this house!!"

"The outside needs a little update, but the inside is pretty nice. I didn’t like the fact that there are 2 keys in a lock box instead of a keypad, because anyone could make a copy of the key and have access to the house. I was there with my 17 and 11 year old daughters by ourselves, so I was not comfortable with them staying in the front two rooms right by the front door which only had a deadbolt lock no handle lock, and it opened outwards so you couldn’t secure it. There are barely any bowls and plates, and no bowls to store food in if there are leftovers. There is also no toaster, so you can’t toast bread or make strudels or pop tarts for breakfast. The beds were comfortable and the showers were great! It says pet friendly, but there is no grass for your dog to use the restroom, and she doesn’t tell you ahead of time that your animal is not allowed on the couch or beds just as a heads up. The walk to the beach isn’t bad at all. There’s a little bit of a hill, but we walked to the beach every time."
