"Absolutely Fantastic Stay! The pool was amazing (super large, never crowded and very clean restrooms, By having a pool table right in the living room made the house so much fun for everyone. The farmhouse kitchen table was great for eating and playing games (some are provided). The golf cart was an added bonus and made getting around so easy (we explored many places on 30A). The beds was incredibly compfortable and the temperature in the house was just right the entire time. This was the first mutli-level floor VRBO that we have stayed in that the upper floors were pleasant to sleep in. Also, the baby items were very useful and we were completely comfortable using them because they were in great condition. Parking three cars with the golf cart was a bit tricky but not much could be done to improve these considering the property is on a cul da sac. The owner's communication was absolutely spot-on - responsive, helpful and made everything so easy from start to finish. We had the pleasure of meeting him when he stopped to check on us. There were a couple of minor hickups but they were immediately addressed. We couldn't have asked for a better rental experience. Highly recommend this property - you won't regret booking it!"

"This was a nice clean perfect little spot for the two of us! We had everything we needed only steps away and was the easiest walk over to the beach we’ve ever had! To the host thank you for a little welcome gifts they were so sweet!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a good property. The location was great and the use of the bikes were good. The house was very poorly cleaned when we arrived. Crushed goldfish on the rugs and the floors were dirty. The kitchen was not stocked well compared to other places we have, but if you eat out most of the time it is fine. Having the pool was great and the neighborhood was super quiet. Overall it was fine for our family for a quick trip to the beach."

"Shady Pineapple was a great property for our multi-generational family gathering. Plenty of open concept living spaces indoor and outdoor, along with private bedrooms and bathrooms for when family members needed their own space. The pool was great for the grandchildren during the mornings and mid afternoons, while the golf cart and short walk to the beach worked well for late afternoons and sunsets. The covered back porch was a popular hang out with great shade and ceiling fans….and television! The kitchen was beautiful and was well stocked for cooking, grilling or take out! Plenty indoor seating for all! We also enjoyed the Santa Rosa area as it was a less crowded destination on the Gulf and much more laid back than other areas we’ve stayed. If you are looking for a property to fit the needs of 10 plus people of various ages along with lots of activity options all while staying in a beautiful home and close location to the beach, Shady Pineapple checks all the boxes!"

"Great spot with incredibly easy access to the pool. The beach is a short walk across the street. Fun shops and restaurants nearby. The bunk nook had a barn door on it which was nice to keep things quiet for our kiddos. Very fun decor as well and kitchen was well stocked with plates, pans, etc."
