"I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel in Florence. The location couldn’t be better right in the heart of the city, making it easy to walk to all the major sights, shops, and restaurants. What really stood out to me was the hospitality. The receptionist was incredibly welcoming from the moment I arrived and went above and beyond by giving me a detailed map of the city, pointing out how to get to key attractions as well as local spots worth visiting. I truly appreciated that personal touch, it made exploring Florence so much easier and more enjoyable. The room itself was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I was impressed with how well-kept and clean everything was, and it really added to the overall positive experience. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. Between the unbeatable location, the genuine hospitality, and the clean and comfortable rooms, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Florence and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city."

"Lovely hotel situated in a perfect position to explore Florence on foot. Hotel staff were fantastic, all were very helpful and welcoming. The pool is excellent and with the high temperatures in Florence during our visit, was great for spending an afternoon relaxing in. My only negative was that the air conditioning was not as cold as I would have liked and expected. This was definitely the case in our room but also throughout the hotel. "

The staff went above and beyond—surprising each of my kids with a stuffed animal and even keeping the restaurant open a little later so they could have dinner after a long day.
