"Alfonso was easily accessible for all our needs. The asthetic of modern farmhouse mixed with vintage flair was perfectly curated. There was the most beautiful homemade breakfast from the farm every morning, and dinner every night if you would like. Be sure to check your email prior to checkin as you have to book dinner 24 hours before checkin. Our email went to spam and we missed the reservation but Alfonso was so gracious to still cook us dinner with only a few hours notice. There were kittens...

"We stayed in the Romance Suite, it was VERY spacious, two bathrooms, comfortable bed, sitting area, and a balcony - though not wide enough to sit, it was long enough to walk. Rooftop pool with lots of space to lounge and get a drink at the rooftop bar. Very classy and high quality throughout. Good location, quiet. Amazing staff."

"I have been to Florence a few times but this was my first time staying at Hotel Atlantic Palace. I would be happy to stay here again! Staff were very welcoming and friendly throughout our whole stay (3 nights). The room was clean and perfect for my partner and I. The location of the hotel was great, too, less than 10 minute from the Santa Maria Novella train station and within walking distance to Duomo and museums. I would warn that if you are on the first floor to be mindful that there may be a window (though frosted) beside the toilet. For some this may be a non-issue, but at night, I would turn off the light to use the toilet because I was a little bit wary about people on the street seeing a figure on the toilet. Though, I never went to street level to see how visible it was."

"Stayed here for 3 nights while in Florence. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the train station and about a 10 minute walk to the Duomo so for us was perfect. While the hotel is a little dated it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Our room was at the opposite side of the hotel to the tram lines but we could still hear the rumblings as trams passed. This didn’t affect us or our sleep. The staff were very friendly, helpful and always on hand. Would recommend staying at this hotel if you want to be away from the tourist chaos when you walk out of your hotel. Plenty of restaurants within a few minutes walk from the hotel."
