"At this time the central AC wasn’t on, but reception provided a fan which was fine. Breakfast was good and the staff were fantastic- all very helpful and attentive. Location is close to the station and the central market and a 10/15 min walk to the Arno/ Uffizi etc "

"The hotel is very nice, spacious, and the breakfast is delicious. They also have a small but efficient gym. On the first day, we found out that the air conditioning was not available, so the room was extremely hot, and they did not have portable fans. From our understanding, this was due to government regulations. The next day, they transferred us to a larger room where the sun did not hit directly, which made a big difference. The staff was very helpful throughout our stay, and the location was excellent."
