"Room is clean "

"Restaurant was good"

"This property is very dated. The grounds are nice. Our room had a fireplace and the minute we opened the door the smell of smoke was all consuming. I’m not sure what wood they use in the fireplaces, but it had a very odd smell that was overwhelming. The room was clean, and very large. We appreciated that part. We also loved the fact that we could open the sliding glass door to the garden area to circulate some fresh air. I have a feeling that this place was probably top notch when it was built. It served its purpose for our one night in the area. "

"Unfortunately, my stay at this property was quite disappointing. The room did not meet basic cleanliness expectations. There were visible long strands of hair (including what appeared to be blonde human hair and dog hair), which made the space feel poorly maintained. Noise was also a significant issue. Other guests were inconsiderate late into the night, and there was no effective way to address it. I attempted to contact the front desk, but it appears it is not staffed 24 hours, and calls were redirected to voicemail, which left the situation unresolved. Additionally, the staff seemed overwhelmed and, at times, came across as unpolite, which made interactions less pleasant than expected. Overall, due to the cleanliness concerns, lack of support during the night, and overall experience, I would recommend considering alternative accommodations if possible."

"I highly recommend if it's your first time doing a resort and spa. I felt it had a little bit of everything. It has a hiking and trailing, himalayan sauna, steam room, a spa/massage, pool, yoga and fitness, pricey-but good food,room service, great staff and even a menu for your dog! My fur baby even have his own free package goodies! It' definitely a nice quiet and family friendly place. I highly recommend!"

"Bed was comfortable"

"The staff (particularly one of the male employees) was not friendly at all, and we did not feel welcomed during our stay. While the room itself was acceptable, there was a strong unpleasant odor every time we entered, which made the experience uncomfortable. We requested room cleaning, but no one ever came. The housekeeping number was also unresponsive, and we had to go to the front desk multiple times just to get basic items we needed. Overall, the service and room condition did not meet expectations. Also, keep in mind that breakfast and parking are not included and require additional payment."
