"This cozy cottage is well appointed with anything you could possibly need for a carefree stay in Santa Barbara. The location cannot be beat. We didn’t use the car once. I called to request early checkin & was told they would text me hourly before 4 pm to let me know if the room was ready. The rug downstairs was filthy and the upstairs couch was not clean and the house needs other updates. The house had been cleaned but the furnishings seemed overused and unclean.
