"This place was great! Pretty centrally located for all the tours, about a 15 minute walk to anywhere you want to go. Staff was excellent! So helpful wherever I needed help or just had questions about Florence. Nice little breakfast area so you can have coffee and a baked good. Only downside was no elevator and it’s on the third floor so there’s stairs but what can you expect from a build built in the 1600s. If I ever come back this will be the hotel for me"

"Absolutely loved our stay here. The terrace French doors and the high ceilings made me feel like I a Victorian princess. I loved opening the doors and the patio doors for the view and for breeze. There are stairs to the property and you have to check in a bloc or two away so be prepared to walk but with the stairs came a ton of safety!!! Four locks to get through. Felt super safe here. I also loved how we were in the heart of Florence but from the back patio it was so quiet you didn’t hear any...

"We loved this property, it looked exactly like the photos, the room was very clean, spacious and beautiful. My partner and I had such a wonderful time. Staff was incredible at the front desk with any questions we had as well as booking us a taxi for our early morning train when we left. This hotel was walkable to many incredible restaurants as well as the Duomo in Florence. We will be recommending this Hotel to anyone traveling through Florence. "
