"I loved staying here! There was plenty of room and it was a great to cook so I didn’t have to eat out every meal. I bought some great ravioli from the local market. The location was perfect to explore Florence. The bus stop was just a few steps away. Very convenient to get to the train station so I didn’t have to lug my luggage through the streets. Mirta and Francesco were great hosts and Enrico was there to greet me and show me around. I’ll stay here if I’m ever in Florence again!!!"

"Hotel is a little gem. On a quiet street with a lovely green garden/parking area in the back. Breakfast was abundant and wonderful, especially served by the warm and welcoming Grazia and her colleagues. Sweet park with tiny carousel and lots of children at the end of the block. If you master the bus network the area is well served, and even without, almost everything is still in walking distance. We would gladly return."

"The property is nice. Close to attractions and eateries/cafes. Good breakfast for 7 euro. Our room faced the street (really more of an alley) and unfortunately the property is between two bars that had a lot of US college students partying late into the evening that we could hear through closed windows. Next time I’d request a room that doesn’t face the street. "

"Overall place was good. The beds were very firm and the pillows were flat so was uncomfortable sleeping at night. Also the shower was right up against the doorway and you couldn’t adjust the height so was uncomfortable to shower as well. The breakfast was good with options form paninis to yogurts and fruit the breakfast was prob the best part but as far as room I wouldn’t recommend for longer stays. "
