"Rooms were pretty clean but the washroom in our room reeked a but of pee. But the rest of the room and amenities were amazing. I personally really loved their onsen, I will definitely come back just to experience it again."

Appreciated having new PJs every day and free mineral water. Would be nice if the water was placed in the fridge. Shampoo, conditioner and body soap all had a very nice calming scent. No soap in the separate toilet which was odd. No on-site laundry available."
