"We loved our charming rooms at Splendid. We had two adjoining rooms which was perfect for our family of four with teens. The staff are all super friendly and the location was very convenient. Would definitely stay here again. "

"We arrived from the airport by water taxi right to the front door of the hotel as it is located on the Grand Canal in the San Polo district. Check-in was efficient and hotel staff took care of our luggage. They serve an excellent buffet style breakfast with a wide variety of food both hot and cold. Our room was very comfortable, very clean and well stocked with amenities in the bathroom. All of the hotel staff spoke English and were very helpful with directions to points of interest as well as dinner reservations. A great hotel in a great location, highly recommend. Thanks for a great stay."
