"Nice clean studio with some ocean view. Hosts were great about checking if we needed anything and also if we needed any recommendations on places to go locally. Great neighborhood, very restful at night but close to the great beaches nearby. We ended up not bringing our dog as planned and host made sure to refund that part of payment right away. Has most appliances and tools you need in kitchen too. Great place!"

"I really loved your place, excellent location love the rustic finish. It was perfect. Only two things I could comment against are, the people upstairs walking around, thumping on the floor and dropping things was not the best, also a better quality mattress would be a big plus, besides that you have a wonderful place but that’s just my opinion."

"A nice spacious room, perfect for 2 people. It was very relaxing to sit on the balcony overlooking the garden while sipping coffee in the mornings. Deb and Doug supplied everything needed for a simple stay and were very welcome to questions and requests. My husband and I also enjoyed taking an evening stroll around the property under a full moon and sitting by the fireplace."

"Favorite moments: sipping my morning coffee from the kitchen table, and looking out at the beautiful scenery. And, relaxing in the hot tub at the end of the day. This place had everything we needed: fridge, toaster, microwave, sink, plates, etc. The owner Mike was friendly and very flexible on check-in/check-out times. we will definitely return here next time we head to this area."

"This was my first time using VRBO and it was an enjoyable experience. Agree with most other positive reviews and comments. Centrally located, slightly urban area, blocks from beach. Keurig acted a little funky second day but also has full size coffee machine. Never needed to contact manager. Went hiking, recommend Montana De Oro (breathtakingly beautiful), visited University, bought groceries at Trader Joes a few miles away and spent a fun day in town, San Luis Obispo, shopping, eating. "Great location, very nice and clean units, and great communication from staff. However, when they warn that it is in a noisy location, they mean it. Right over and across from extremely boisterous bars with lots of loud drunks. We were ok with it, but if you need silence to get a good nights sleep this probably isn’t the place for you."
