Our room was clean (we checked for bed bugs - all clear), we had a small kitchenette that was fully stocked with utensils, etc., and a really nice view of fall trees. The room was very quiet with the exception of the door not being sound proofed so if someone is hooting and hollering while walking around, you will hear it.
