Nice property in Cordova Bay area - close to the #17 highway and good for quick access to other parts of Victoria. Room is large and bathroom is a good size. Bed was comfortable and shower was great!. We had access to the kitchen and a shelf for our food in the fridge. Host was quiet/pleasant. There are 3 units in the house. Parking was decent on the street if the driveway was already occupied. On the 2nd night we were able to charge our car.

The host is friendly. The room was nice, but the discription of the place was misleading. It was a only the room and large bathroom. Everything is shared, no tv in the bedroom.

the house is located in a beautiful part of Victoria.. many old growth trees, and very quiet. We enjoyed our drive down to Cordova Bay and scenic walk on the beach there.. the Kitchen was easy to use, we had our own shelf in the fridge.. I would definitely stay there again.

Very comfortable room with a large bathroom. Very quiet. The host was very helpful and responsive. On arrival the room did not have towels or sheets but that was remedied quickly. If booked on Expedia make sure that the booking is communicated to VIRBO. I would recommend this place for a couple.

From start to finish, our stay was incredibly smooth and effortless. The host was exceptionally friendly, always prompt, and incredibly helpful with every question we had. The house is perfectly located in a beautiful neighborhood, offering easy access to both the nearby lake and beach. We especially appreciated how clean and tidy the room and the entire house were. A huge hats off to the host for maintaining such a neat and organized place! We made good use of the kitchen, which was very clean and offered plenty of space for cooking and making coffee. We will absolutely be looking to stay here again.

L’emplacement était agréable mais je n’étais pas au courant que j’habitais avec les hôtes!!! La communication était plus difficile à cause de la langue et les infos pour accéder à la résidence envoyées à la dernière minute! on montrait une cuisine complète mais c’est celle des hôtes !

Nice bathroom. There is a fireplace, but not AC and no tv. You do have to remove your shoes and wear their shoes in the house, which my husband found odd, but other than that, it was fine.
