You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Oneroa - Private and Close to Everything

Located on Oneroa road and looking out over Russell bay, the apartment is walking distance to town where you'll find shops, cafes, restaurants and activities all within easy reach. It is also just a short stroll in the other direction to beautiful long beach for swimming and beach walks.

The space is private, cool in summer, quiet and comfortable and has a large deck with outdoor dining table, BBQ and table tennis table. This is the perfect base for a family or couple of friends

Our current listed rates are based on 2 guests sharing one room with an extra guest fee of $30pp per night for additional beds as required. If you would like the use of two rooms for two people or require the fold out couch for 4 guests, this is of course possible we simply have a $20 laundry fee to cover the extra linen used.

COVID-19 Travel Restrictions
Should you be unable to travel for your confirmed booking due to a Covid-19 level change we will happily rebook your dates to a suitable time in the future at no extra charge and can do so as many times as needed

Great place

Lovely clean place. Located under the owners house so stays nice and cool in the summer. Great deck with BBQ and hammocks. Kitchen functional. Only (minor) comment is the TV is very small and could be updated, but no biggie on holiday. 8-10min walk to the hustle and bustle of the waterfront and quiet at night.

Well decorated and located downstairs property

we really enjoyed the cleanliness and comfort of the place, very spacious and well located. the owner was very responsive to lack of noise insulation by being careful with TV volume
