"NH Orio al Serio Hotel was very convenient, with a short and safe walk from the airport. The room was very clean and well maintained, and the breakfast buffet offered a fantastic variety of choices. The staff were warm and helpful, especially Michele, who made us feel very welcome and accommodated our late 1:00 a.m. check-in."

"Excellent staff, ambience, location (along with scenery). Loved the on-time shuttle provided by staff themselves. Cozy rooms. Good parking spaces."

"Super nice stay. Very romantic and the entire stay was so nice."

"Absolutely loved staying here. The welcome was warm (with an upgraded room as a bonus). The restaurant was beautiful and the food was incredible. Everyone was incredibly warm and welcoming. Breakfast next morning came with the most incredible view."

"The location of the hotel is great if you are getting around by train as it’s about 10 minutes (flat) walk. We got the bus from the airport into Bergamo - the hotel is a 5 minute walk from the nearest stop. We walked to the funicolare which was 15 mins away or you can get the bus. Excellent breakfast choices Very helpful reception staff"

"Very comfortable and clean hotel with A/C. Close to restaurants and several grocery stores, and easily driveable distances to the softball games we came to the area to attend. Restaurant is very good also. Highly recommend."
