"My wife and I stayed at Hotel Berna for 2 nights in May 2026. The hotel staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful. The hotel was clean, well maintained, the room was nicely appointed and spacious. The hotel is walking distance to the Milan Central Train Station. Additionally, there are a variety of restaurants withing easy walking distance, in fact one right next door and another across the street, both of which we ate at and had no complaints. Our only complaint is that the carpet in our room needed to have a deep cleaning, shampooed thoroughly removing all stains."

"We enjoyed our stay at The Square Milano Duomo. Our room was lovely - very clean and the en-suite bathroom was excellent. The breakfast was very good, lots of choice and we were assisted by helpful, friendly staff both at breakfast time and on reception."

"Nice hotel and a good location. Good staff. Unfortunately, the bed was hard as a rock. My biggest complaint was that the air conditioning was computer controlled at the front desk. They couldn’t reduce our room temperature to less than 22 degrees C. Must be much hotter in the summer. That’s why my rating of 3 stars. Rick, Montreal"

"Breakfast spread spread had runny eggs and no pancakes or waffles. Bacon wasn't really cooked There was some fruit and few different options like crossiants, bread, muffins. It is a light breakfast nothing over the top."
