The room was very clean and has a beautiful bathroom with a lovely shower. The staff is very kind and we enjoyed a great breakfast. The only minus is the bed, it is too hard and we only had 1 (flat) pillow each.

Good place to stay when flying in or out of Bergamo when you have a car, as a taxi is expensive & free shuttle isn’t available. Money spent on transfer might as well be spent on higher grade hotel near the airport. Reasonable breakfast & free parking.

The hotel is perfectly nice; room was good, bed comfortable and the breakfast (Eur 10) wasn't bad. Staff were mostly friendly. The location is near a motorway and airport - of course it's noisy. But it's well sound-proofed, so it wasn't an issue.

He only stayed for one night before heading to Lake Como. Very warm welcome, checkout again was excellent. Very friendly staff. We also had the breakfast in the morning. Only €10 fantastic, fresh selection. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lovely stop off.

Really lovely stop off on our journey from Slovenia to Spain. I hobbled in on critches after a mishap on holiday, the desk immediately gave an upgrade and first room on ground floor. Staff very friendly, hotel spotless. Room large and bed very comfy, we slept very well. Breakfast was very nice, plentiful and tasty.

The Hotel is placed in a tricky location if travelling by public transport you would not be able to get here unless you paid a significant amount for a taxi or travel for an extensive amount of time. We enjoyed our stay, the beds were comfy, staff helpful, breakfast nice plus the parking was included if you drive.

Impossible to reach by public transport. However, lovely food in restaurant for well-priced, high class evening meal and breakfast - superb selection. Comfortable room with excellent shower and bathroom. Very handy to have a kettle but paper cups are poor.

Beautiful hotel with lovely staff, looked after me really well. Love the sustainability initiatives (no plastics, jar in the room for free water). Would definitely come here again. Not very convenient for public transport though as you have to walk along a road with no footpath to get to the station, plus there was a little confusion over shuttle transport from the airport (Expedia said there was one, hotel said there wasn't, taxi driver said there was - I took the taxi!) In the hotel itself the only down point for me was that the pillows were very hard. I loved everything else!

Our flight was delayed so we were forced to sleep by the airport first night and come back in the morning to get our rental. No taxi or Uber were willing to take us all were only taking fares to Milan. I called the hotel and they provided a number for their partner driver. He was sleeping and came to pick us up in 15 mins. The receptionist was the most polite person weve met in Italy. Super nice and warm. The driver came back to give us another ride back to the rental site the next morning. We're so thankful for this hotel. It was clean with nice showers and comfy beds.
