Great room and a super big bathroom. It is a really confortable hotel well located to visit the city center. Plenty of choice at breakfast but might miss some quality pastries. Overall a standing option and welcoming staff!

Really good value for the money spent

Great hotel on excellent location. You really get value for the money spend. We had a room with terrase and view and the upgrade was well given out. Everything was exceedinge expactations.

Fine if you need a place to sleep. No character. Crap location of you care about having a beautiful location. Hotel looks like it’s waterfront but this is not the waterfront lake como hotels are known for. Area seems dirty. That said. Hotel is clean and efficient and upscale enough. 8-10 min walk to all the lovely sights of Lecco. Very good value if you’re looking for a good night of sleep (bed comfy) and a lot of space. Room was huge. Lots of breakfast items. I

This is the perfect place for travelers with a bit more in the budget but not trying to splurge. A great stop on the way between Switzerland and Milan too. HOWEVER BE WARNED there is no AC so if you get a room with a view of the lake/river be prepared to feel the full effects of plants in a greenhouse or a child in a hot car. You could open the door at night to help you cool off but then you’d risk yourself to bugs. Bugs are fine if you like camping but not as fine if you’re sweating to death while sleeping. Maybe the trick is to leave the balcony door open all day so it doesn’t get so damn hot but climate change, sheeeeesh. Also, it was kinda weird to turn on the lights, you had to insert your key into a little thing by the door, totally fine but I just wasn’t used to it. Overall, the place had nice staff and walkable from the train station with a great location, and great view.

Basic at best.

For a 4 star rated hotel it needs significant modernisation and attention to detail is needed. Amenities were very basic at best and simple adjustments like a free bottle of water in a room would be greatly appreciated by anyone staying. They also need to adjust the pricing down based on what the quality of the hotel really is.

Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen! Die Zimmer sind groß, das Bett sehr gemütlich und die Kissen ganz wunderbar! Das komplette Personal war sehr sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und sehr lecker! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!
