"Nice hotel with modern decor only 3-4 minute walk from Milano Centrale train/subway station. Perfect if you are taking a train into or out of Milan. Friendly and helpful check-in clerk helped us get our bearings upon arrival and suggested where to go and how to get there. Room was small by USA standards but average sized in Europe. Room and bathroom were very clean with modern decor. Comfortable bed and pillows, good AC (important because Milan reached mid 90s F when we were there). Excellent breakfast with large variety, high quality, good coffee, and attentive service."

"From check in to check out those working at the hotel could not have been more pleasant. Everybody I met greeted you with a smile and hello especially the breakfast team. The room was a perfectly comfortable size for one traveller, the bed serving the dual purpose of bed and day bed was comfortable for both sitting and sleeping. I saw something new in the room’s artwork every day. The hotel’s location is quiet but perfectly walkable to metro stations, Milano Centrale and to the city centre. "

"Wonderful hotel, would definitely stay here again. One idea though, I'm surprised management hasn't put a small ramp on side of steps to roll bags down to check-in from front door entrance. I watched doorman drop bags and watched guests struggle. How can the hotel owners not put a little side ramp against the wall?? Beds very comfortable, rooms beautiful and only a 25 min walk to Duomo. Plenty of shops and cafes around the area. Safe area for families and guests. "
