The location was perfect since we needed to be near the station for various trips around the city, the street was quiet, and the staff were very kind and helpful. Our room was comfortable and breakfast was affordable, plentiful, and very good.

This is a great hotel located very close to the main train station. Friendly helpful staff, clean rooms with some free mini bar drinks which were appreciated. The breakfast buffet was extensive. Would stay here again anytime I am in Milan.

We were only in Milan for one night as we landed there and went to Venice the next day. This location was excellent if you're traveling via train as it is easily walkable with luggage from the train station. The staff was friendly and check in was easy. The rooms are dated but clean, there are elevators.

This was a very good hotel for a night or 2 stay. It is a short walk from the train station. Staff was very helpful and breakfast was fine. We greatly appreciated an upgrade to a larger room.

From outside hotel appearance isn't that inviting, but inside the hotel has a warm inviting appearance. Biggest plus was the welcome from the staff and the general helpfulness. Room was a bit dated, but was comfortable. Location excellent for onward train station connections.

Excellent location for accessing Milano train station, and subway. The immediate streets are not appealing and the exterior and lobby are also not impressive. The room was nicely furnished, clean and comfortable. Very extensive breakfast buffet with quick service. A good choice for a quick turn around.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is less than a 10-minute walk from the train station and about a 30-minute walk from the main attractions. Overall, Hotel Berna was excellent in terms of location, service, and convenience. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.
