Lucky to book a room here (far ahead, at a great rate) for the 2026 Winter Olympics, in Milan. It was a special treat for me (a solo, senior citizen traveler). The higher rates at this hotel were aligned with the hotel's overall advanced/higher quality of experience. DEFINITELY. favorite parts: A genuinely Architecturally-historic/significant building (and furnishings). High-end bedding & mattress; Perfect night's sleep. Grosse Déception de la chambre.

Déception pr cet hôtel qui se veut de luxe ´ La chambre 309 à côté de l ascenseur on entend les bruits aller/retour non stop , ainsi que le voisin au téléphone. La salle de bain est minuscule je fais 58kg 170cm , ne pas être enveloppé pour passer entre la douche et le lavabo! Douche cabine minuscule on se cogne partout! Trop petit !! Petites bouteilles plastiques pr gel douche changées ts les jours peu écolo. Chambre plutôt austère . Le service par contre est nickel . Très facile de se garer à côté .

Great room and a nice balcony as well, service was great and also the hotel has parking spaces as well to park your car. Car park is free but you can reserve spaces at €20 which was worth it

Great parking on property and the staff is incredibly helpful with whatever is needed. Only downside was my room was in a weird spot where i have to take stairs to get to the elevator which resulted in myself carrying all luggage out of the room up a flight of stairs. Short walk to centre and a great location across from a beautiful park.

Absolutely loved this hotel during our road trip across Europe . It gets my top marks for customer service and friendliness. The hotel as its name implies is luxurious and classy and its staff super attentive . We opted for dinner and cocktails and these were lovely as was breakfast the next day . I would go out of my way to come back to this hotel as it is really special .

Das Hotel de la Ville in Monza ist für mich ein absolutes Highlight und ein Paradebeispiel dafür, wie Gastfreundschaft gelebt werden sollte. Schon beim Betreten spürt man die besondere Atmosphäre – klassisch, elegant und gleichzeitig unglaublich einladend. Die Lage ist ideal: direkt gegenüber dem königlichen Park und nur wenige Schritte ins Zentrum, perfekt also sowohl für Spaziergänge als auch für einen Stadtbummel. Der Service verdient ein ganz besonderes Lob. Das Team ist nicht nur professionell, sondern denkt aktiv mit, erkennt Wünsche oft schon, bevor man sie äußert, und vermittelt dabei stets das Gefühl, willkommen zu sein. Diese Mischung aus Herzlichkeit, Aufmerksamkeit und absoluter Professionalität ist selten und macht den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm. Auch das Ambiente im Hotel ist bemerkenswert.
