"The landlord is very friendly. when I’m arriving, Someone comes in person to hand over the keys and demonstrate how to enter the room and parking. "The property was nicely situated and good inside. However, we found difficulty paying. The Property Managers only sent us payment details on the day we were checking in, and our mobile devices wouldn't let us pay over data (in the middle of the Channel!). Their Paypal system wasn't working, and so after hours of trying and messages going back and forth we managed to do it by direct bank transfer in the car as we drove to the property but it wasn't easy. "The flat is nice and clean. However, the surroundings are awful and noisy. One of the beds squeaks really loudly. What was really annoying was that we had to wait for more than 40 minutes in the heat with two children after 6 hours of traveling because the owner did not show up. Even though we wrote several messages back and forth only to see him finally coming out of the house in question behind us. All he had to offer was a lame excuse that he hadn't seen the message."

"This property is so close to the cathedral . And even though it’s hard to park at Rouen , coz many people come here because of the history , there’s a parking right in front of the hotel . You just have to pay … the rate is not that bad . It’s all about convenience when you travel in a new place . Coz going to a new place alone is stressful …. Knowing you are set with parking and have a good hotel in a good location really helps "
