Overnight stay was pleasant.

The hotel was perfect for an overnight stay. The staff were friendly and caring and assisted as needed. It would be better if parking was included in the stay and we could have driven straight to the underground parking. This could have saved us some time and confusion. Breakfast inc and was sufficient enough for this hotel.

Great hotel in Rouen

Great hotel to stay in Rouen. Very convenient to park in the garage and leave it there for the stay. Tram lines to the CityCenter are close by. Service was friendly and room was clean and well serviced. Breakfast was the normal standard you get in a holiday Inn. No complaints, would come back.

Two night stay

Good for a couple of nights. The air conditioning worked well. The parking is a bit tricky to locate especially the turn to enter if you don't know where you are going. You can make a right turn right off the main road into the parking entrance, not following google maps. Area a bit rougher but seemed safe overall. Easier to drive to town than walk it from hotel.

A good base for exploring

Neither our sat at nor Google maps could find this hotel, but it became clear that Rouen has a lot of roadworks at the moment. Parking requires you to drive around the block to an entrance but is actually underneath the hotel and is secure. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Our room was clean, nicely appointed and with a/c. Breakfast was excellent. Use public transport to get into the centre, it’s easy and there are bus and metro stops near the hotel. (You need the T4 bus line,). We walked into the centre when we arrived….it takes about 25 minutes hence the suggestion of the bus!

First Class Treatment of Guests

My friend and I spent one night at the Holiday Inn near the end of a two-week visit too France. Due to a mmix-up with Hotels.com, the reservation I had intended for June 9-11 was made for June 7-9, so when we arrived it appeared that we would be charged for nights that we had not stayed. Further, while we could stay for the night of June 9, the holiday Inn was fully booked for the night of June 10. The desk clerk quickly found us reservations at another hotel for the night of June 10 and the manager kindly did not charge us for the nights of Jun7-9. The room was large by French standards and it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was one of the best offered while we were in different parts of France. I would gladly stay there again.

Als Parkmöglichkeit gab es eine Tiefgarage, deren Zufahrt allerdings so steil war, dass man beim Herausfahren Probleme hatte, mit dem Auto überhaupt wieder herauszukommen. In der Beschreibung wurde diese Tiefgarage nicht erwähnt.

Personale, værelse, morgenmad og parkering var godt. Parkering i kælder 12 euro - billigt, men kunne også være gratis, da hotellet ligger et stykke fra centrum. Nem transport m. sporvogn til centrum. Rouen: Charmerende dejlig by.

Excellent hotel

This hotel is perfectly situated to visit Rouen. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The whole hotel is modern and clean. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean. Breakfast good. Parking on site is a huge bonus. Highly recommended
