"Quiet room, spacious. Staff was very nice especially the gentleman on duty at night, very knowledgeable about the history of the city. Breakfast is excellent with excellent products (local "charcuterie" and cheese). A little far from downtown (1o min walk) but not that bad. Old building well maintained and the room I had was very comfortable."

"Very easy to get to and good parking options. (We found free street parking around the building but there is also a parking garage). The room was clean and comfortable for our family of 4. Great breakfast ( added cost). We walked to downtown Rouen as well as good dinner options along the Seine. "

"Location, staff, & service are great. Lights turn off after 8 pm in the reception area. I felt unsafe walking in late at night to a dark hotel. It’s pitch dark in the hallway (4th) until a motion detector lights up. Room itself was roomy & comfortable. Staff was nice when I asked for a replacement of the stained pillowcase. I didn’t realize the towel also had stains. I’m glad I brought my own towel. "
