"Absolutely not worth the price. The staff is very cold (not a hello or good morning). When we arrived the room was full of hairs, we had to request to re-clean the room. I would give it a 3-stars maximum. Our room was next to the lift and we could hear it strongly through the walls. Breakfast very average. Easy access to the sea. "

"Last minute & random extension to our holiday in Disneyland Paris, decided to stop for an extra day in Belgium and take kids to Plops Aqua Park(Amazing). This hotel was amazing and to me whom travels globally was presented & demonstrated 4 Star Status from check in to check out. So Fantastic that we are already booking to go back and spend a week there at either the hotel or it’s residence next door. Thank you for an amazing last day to our holiday. "

"Great location for our visit to Bruges and Plopsaland. Accommodation was perfect for us. Plenty of room etc, we didn't cook anything but there was plenty of equipment there if you wanted to. It was in a quiet area when we visited in February and we went out to find dinner but didn't have any luck but noticed the Ibis hotel next door did do some food, pizza etc. Also the use of the

"We had a wonderful stay here for two nights. The host was more than accommodating and really helpful. Rooms: we stayed in Chocolat which is quite private and on the side. Own private entrance. It has dual aspect windows looking out over the fields. Huge bathroom with jet tub and large shower. Nice amenties and well thought out. Coffee machine and kettle which is so helpful. Honesty mini bar in small fridge. TV has both Netflix and Prime on it so easy to get your own entertainment. WiFi is...

"There was zero service. We saw no staff for the length of our stay. reception was closed throughout. Although breakfast is advertised as starting at 8am, when we arrived at the property and checked this we found out that breakfast had to be booked by 5pm the previous day. This was written in small type on a 'welcome' note. So no breakfast. The photos & description of the property imply that it is close to the beach. It isn't! Its at least 1/2 mile away across a busy road."
