Enjoyable stay, just outside the centre

Nice inviting lobby with super friendly and helpful staff. Nice and clean. Room good size (floor 8) view over railway/loco works not the best (but here for a hotel window view). Fridge in room along with tea/coffee/kettle

There was a hand towel on bathroom sink that appeared to have dark brown stain that was also had a lumpy texture appeared to be human faeces. Very disgusting. Also, since there was no supermarkets around, wanted to buy a bottle of large water from the restaurant and was told that I can only drink in the restaurant and cannot bring up to the room which is ridiculous…

Used this hotel as a stop over on our roadtrip from UK, perfect for what we needed lovely comfy clean rooms, very modern all at a great price! Staff were very friendly, Lovely hotel would recommend to anyone. Will be staying again in the future!

Excellent property. Very convenient transportation options near the train station and Lots of parking however it is 20 minutes walk to the city center. Not terrible if you like walking but for some might not be best. Otherwise this is a very nice hotel.

Good little trip to Brugge

A lovely stay and the family room worked well with out two young children. Only criticism is that check-out was very slow at 9am. A very long queue with only one person on the desks.

The hotel was very good and met our needs. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and the staff in that area friendly and obliging. My only minor issue was with housekeeping where it seems every day they omitted to do something in the room. This was rectified by the team on the front desk who always helped. This would not stop me staying there again but a little irritating.

There was human excrement on my son’s sheet when we got into the room. The lady at reception changed the sheets and offered us a free drink at the bar. It was 9:30 at night and my children are young so not helpful. Not really acceptable but it wasn’t her fault. Won’t be staying at the brand of hotel again as the compensation offer was nowhere near sufficient. Very disappointed.

unpleasant stay

I have booked a suite for my family, but we found the shower is not covered. When I explained to the receptionist that we need a family friendly room they downgraded my room and refused to refund the difference saying that the images on the site are clearly showing the shower doesn’t has a door or any cover. I have reviewed my booking through Hotels.com and no any image or information about this and my reservation mentioned clearly that my booking is for a family with kids. I am really feeling very disappointed of the way the manger of the shift managed this. I used to be a customer for Radisson blu in different countries, and I think they are loosing their loyal customers by this unprofessional way.

Very happy with this room and property. The only negative is that it's removed from the historic area. If you don't mind a little walk, it's a great hotel for a very reasonable price.
