The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and my room was super clean, comfortable, and really cute. The location is fantastic—right next to the train station, which made getting around so easy and convenient. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Staff were good, the hotel seems quite new and clean. The room was one of those strange designs with the shower opening directly into the sleeping area next to the basin/mirror/light tower. The hotel is close to the main station in Bruges, which has an express supermarket attached to it. However it's not very convenient for larger supermarkets if on foot. The hotel is in quite a good location as a starting point to see some nice local sites though, which is what we wanted. Overall ok.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. They responded quickly to deal with and resolve a maintenance issue. Good location near the railway station but stairs were an issue with luggage as the entrance is 2 floors up from the station and noise from the station could be heard which while not an issue for me would be problematic for others. Overall solid and acceptable for the price.

The hotel is in a convenient location with friendly staff and clean rooms. The breakfast was also nice, including everything you would expect. The hotel is definitely a budget option, but this is exactly what we were looking for - a hotel located close to the Bruges city centre with a comfy bed for the night. I would definitely recommend to anyone seeking somewhere to stay in Bruges on a budget.

This is a true bare bones budget hotel. The shower is even in the same room as the bed. However, it is very easy to walk to from the train station. It was perfect for a one night layover. Really easy to walk to the heart of Brugge from the hotel. The bed was comfortable. And the room had AC which was a huge perk with as warm as the weather has been.

I chose this hotel because of its very close location to train station. It is a short and easy walk onto the city. My room was small but functional; very basic. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet that was offered. Unfortunately I visited during a heat wave so my room was very warm (could not feel cool air at all eventhough vent was on) which made it difficult to be comfortable at night.

ibis Budget Brugge worked out really well. It’s literally next door to Brugge Centraal, which makes arriving with luggage effortless. They let me check in about four hours early, which was a huge plus. For Bruges, the price for a private room is hard to beat. The breakfast buffet was great value too. Plenty of variety, not just the usual croissant‑and‑juice setup some places try to pass off as a breakfast buffet.

I was surprised that this stay went as smoothly as it did. It’s no Marriott, but it was pretty clean and well maintained. Housekeeping came each day, replaced the towels and made the bed. Bed was pretty comfortable, and the shower was large. Heads up there are no hair dryers, or fridges in the room. Overall a decent place for the price !

Clean room with amenities as Expected for the price point of this hotel. I was able to check in early Which was much appreciated. The proximity to the train station is very convenient but station a 20 min walk from old town without restaurants nearby. Fast food places are available inside and just outside the station but this area, the train station and large bus stop point, feels a little gritty and rough around the edges

It was so close of the train station, stairway to the hotel were in bad conditions but thats more of a city problem, receptionist was nice and let us check in earlier than it says.
