Great family hotel. Loads for the kids to do, clean rooms, easy to get to and an excellent breakfast. Bayram on reception was super helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Staff was clear and helpful. Gave good guidance to visiting Bruges. Access was easy to find following the GPS. Room was spacious and clean. It was also quiet although the hotel was pretty full. Bed was comfortable. No frills but still really well done.

The room was without AC and decently hot (24c inside room) and with the thicker douvet it was a tad too hot doe my part. For the family it was ok. The hotell has an ok breakfast with which was a bit high priced for an adult vs the quality compared to other hotels we visited during the vacation. Though as a added patch on that we where allowed to use the Pool and got to borrow the sunbeds and towels for free that the kids enjoyed quite alot before leaving.

The room was simple but spacious and clean. We liked the friendly service and the location with easy access to the city centre. We disliked the fact that parking is charged at €8 per day and the breakfast offering.

A lovely stay

Thank you for a wonderful stay with great service. Bavo (excuse me if wrongly spelt) was extremely helpful and welcoming. We stayed here twice on our trip up and down to Scandinavia and the service was excellent. A home from home feel which is lovely when travelling as a family.

Lovely hotel in a quiet location. The room were nice and clean. Staff were friendly and quick to offer tips on what to do around the city. There was kids playroom that kept our kids entertained for a bit. They also have an outdoor play area, which was a win in my kids' eyes. Would definitely stay again if we were to visit Bruges in the future.

Lovely family-friendly hotel, staff couldn’t be more helpful. The taxi service into the city centre was really handy on a very busy wet weekend. The bathroom was probably due a bit of a makeover, but overall we had a really nice stay.
