"Loved that it was a newer hotel and close to Universal Studios. Would have been nice if bottled water was included with the room. But the convenience store Lawson was attached to the hotel which was a very nice touch."

"Candeo is nice and close to Dotonburi. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bathroom was good and had all necessities. It is very convenient with self-laundry service, vending machines, and the onsen all on then top floor!"

"If you need to stay near the airport this hotel is perfect. One stop to the airport, 2 minute walk to the hotel from the train station. Lifts available and easily accessible to and from train station to hotel. Modern hotel, yet charming Japanese touches like the onsen and tatami mats in the room."

"Excellent location. Facilities at the hotel were about the best i've seen anywhere. The onsite spa was fantastic. Clost to subway. Walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. Rooms a bit too small, but typical of Japan. Would HIGHLY recommend this hotel for a stay in Osaka."
