The breakfast needs some help, staff never refilled any of the juices etc. and to be honest the staff were the most unfriendly I’ve encountered. The kids club is a nice touch if you have children. "We booked a two bedroom suite at the Onyx Hotel and were very happy with the accommodation, location, service, and the room size. There is living area, Well equipped Kitchen (though we didn't use it), large windows, soft beds, a small balcony, parking, and BF (excellent) was included in the Room Rate. Location is close to V&A Waterfront and there are many hotels in the vicinity. The Asian Restaurant on site serves up some delicious food. Would definitely recommend the Onyx Hotel/Apartment for a stay in Capetown."
