"We recently stayed 5 nights at this beautiful hotel in the heart of the City and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of it. From the time we checked in to the time we checked out we were treated like royalty and every whim was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Our beautiful rooms had excellent views of Table Mountain and two restaurants on site offered excellent food options, with the Bombay Brasserie a must visit. The bar too is an excellent place to unwind after a long day. I can’t say enough about the staff …..everyone from the front desk, concierge, doormen, bar & restaurant staff always had smiles on their faces and were eager to please. We have stayed here before and will certainly do so again. "

"Rooms were niely cleaned everyday. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool area is nice and the area around the hotel has many nice returants and is a block away from the Seapoint waterfront promenade. We were very happy wth our stay."

"Nice Hotel and Staff in a great location with Unresponsive Management. We booked a 2 Bedroom Suite during a Heat Wave and could only use one Room due to an inoperable Air Conditioning unit. I was told their Maintenance person would try to make a repair for 3 days straight and no one ever showed. I emailed the Manager named Mario who still has not replied in over a week.A most unfortunate situation."

"The property was very clean and secure. You need a key tag to enter after closing. There were also shop and restaurants attached to the property for easy convenience. Over all it was a great stay and an affordable price "

"Location was good and safe ,with dining options nearby. Room was clean and comfortable, however there was a sewer smell in the bathroom and the amenities were not replenished during a four day stay."

"Probably had the worst room in the place with a separate bathroom so won't apply to most people. Not ideal. It's a great location and very inexpensive too but really be prepared for very basic amenities. "
