The staff were so friendly and courteous, the rooms were wonderful and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Green market is a stroll away, the Water Shed and Water Front are just a short Uber Drive away (Willoughby & Co sushi is a must!) "My sister and I stayed here for 6 nights on a recent trip to Cape Town and generally enjoyed our stay. We arranged an airport pick up through the hotel and he was largely on time for our arrival. The price did change at the last minute though and when I asked why, multiple times, no one at the hotel would give me an answer. The room itself was good, very spacious. The shower was over a tub which was fine provided no mobility issues. Ours did leak a bit so we'd end up with some water pooling...
