Later, this evening when trying to sort out the issue, the mobile Banking found out that Debit cards we used cannot be used to make payments oitside Canada. On the previous day, the Credit card was declined at a Restaruant. Therefore, we didn't wanti risk it because to was declined at the Resaurent in the previous evening.. So we paid by cash as follows: Paid US $50 & R50 to pay the bill; R880. That is US $50 is equvelant R976+50=R1026. Then to pay R880; we paid; R (976+50=1026.) so we are informing."

"Our stay at Derwent House was exceptional. It was a lovely facility, clean, beautifully decorated with African art. The breakfasts were fabulous--many choices hot and cold, tasty and filling. All the staff were helpful and pleasant. The location is close to dining on Kloof Street and reasonably priced Uber rides get you to all the sights in the city. We could see Table Mountain from our room. I can't say enough good about this establishment and will recommend it to anyone traveling to Cape Town!!"

"J'ai été très heureux de mon choix de Hippo Boutique Hotel. Il est situé tout près de Kloof St, rue assez animée, mais un peu en retrait. La chambre était très spacieuse, bien équipée, impeccable. Le personnel était extrêmement aimable et serviable. Il n'y a pas de restaurant, mais pour déjeuner l'hôtel offre des coupons pour des cafés des environs, comme l'excellent Café Sofi en face. Il faut sonner et monter un étage pour arriver à la réception 24h. Au final, le rapport qualité-prix est vraiment excellent."
