Our original room was very small and pokey with no fridge. We had booked 5nights so even tho alot of time would be spent outside the room, it was still not nice coming home to a room you couldn't swing a cat in. Margi was wonderful and found us another room at the same price which was so more spacious and came with a fridge...bonus!! Rooms are not airconditioned but in May we didn't really need it. We just opened the window to let in some fresh air when needed. Breakfast was pretty good,...

Loved this hotel. It’s one of its kind. Very high-tech, loved the fun features of it like ipad operated shutters and blinds, lights, and even the tv. Checkin was smooth, it was self-service but got friendly assistance from a staff. Loved unlimited tap and sparkling water. Linens and towels were fresh and location was convenient. Checkout was much faster being more familiar with the kiosk.

The hotel is quite close to the station, and most major tourist/cultural/historical sights are within walking distance. The Hotel staff at Reception are multilingual, and only too happy to help. The room I had was, by European standards, a good size and well set out. Breakfast was plentiful. I am a hard person to please, and I was pleased. As a solo traveller this hotel was a great option. I happily recommend it to anyone.

What a fantastic location! It made up for some of the things that were missing in this chic hotel, like the fact there is no minibar/fridge so you can keep drinks cold. We did love that there was a water fountain on every level though to get fresh water, but a small fridge would make it perfect.
Bathrooms are pretty small and the shower was a bit clunky/temperamental but I loved the overall styling of our room and did I mention the location?! Such a fantastic spot to experience Zurich.

Excellent service, and the room is clean spacious and comfortable.
Just outside the city centre which is nice and peaceful, tram stop in front of the hotel with a 7 min ride. Highly recommend

2 nights. Close to tram to get into city was 15 mins. Room great. Bed comfy. Beer complimentary in fridge would rather it was wine. Staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant on site handy. Supermarket just around corner. Very happy.
