Excellent experience. I stayed at the hotel for 8 nights. The hotel rooms and common area was very well maintained. Great location, easy 10-15 mins drive to all the places I need to go to in St Louis. Free parking is lovely! The breakfast has a lot of things to choose from, they kept hot water and ice water full all day at the lobby. The room is clean and spacious. All the staff at the hotel was warm, friendly, helpful and professional. Highly recommend and will stay again for sure next time in town.

We loved our stay. The hotel was very conveniently located. Close to St. Louis Zoo. Breakfast was so good. They had chicken and waffles. Great variety. Staff was super nice. Needless to say we will stay here again next time we are in St. Louis.

Staff was very responsive, friendly and great. The hotel had everything we needed, we travelled with 3 teens and a pet, the suite was enough space to relax and had the key features that made the stay easy. The kitchenette and storage space worked perfectly for our stay. Full continental breakfast with waffle bar, breakfast was a bit crazy in the mornings, a lot of families, but the staff kept up and kept calm. I’d definitely stay again if we return to STL.

Our room was clean and comfortable. We appreciated having free parking so close to Barnes hospital. We also appreciated the free shuttle service, which I used to pick up our dinner. (Unfortunately, the shuttle doesn't begin until 6 AM and we had to be at Barnes at 6 AM.) It was useful having the kitchette with real dishes instead of disposable but it would have been nice to have another chair for sitting at the table to eat since there were two of us.
