The bed was extremely uncomfortable and we were in a room that was above a patio that was blaring music all night. We were charged for parking and incidentals which he said was $30.00 but on the pay pad it states $20.00. I was not overly impressed with the hotel. The only good thing was it was close to Barnes Hospital where we were heading to the following morning.

Fitnes en zwembad zijn basic, maar voldoende. Ontbijt is beperkt (hoewel ik de Amerikaanse standaard niet ken). Ligging is ideaal als je de Zoo wil bezoeken.

My overall experience with this hotel was very positive. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was outstanding, Of particular note was the breakfast served. It had a wide variety of selections available including small, well prepared omelets and accompaniments as well as do-it-yourself Belgium waffles, a range of breads and muffins, and good choices of dry cereals. The one down note was the lack of toiletries that are commonly furnished in hotel rooms with only a single tiny bar of soap.

Celiac Foodie Traveler: The hotel was fabulous, the staff- so friendly & helpful. The room had a king size bed, a couch, refrigerator, small coffee brewer, ice bucket w/ cups. Huge snack pantry for purchase with a variety of items. The room provided breakfast in the main lobby. Celiacs have the choice of Hard Boiled Egg, Fruit and Cheerios. The warm food items are all baked in a huge oven so cross contamination is eminent. The chef did say they have a separate toaster in the kitchen for Gluten Free items provided by the guest to toast. As for the room, incredibly clean, stocked and even had a small Swan Towel in the bathroom. The bed was super comfortable, fluffy pillows and was clean. 5 Star for the STAY & Quality 2 STARS for the Celiac Food Options- (Hotel Mgmt- add prepackaged GF items) Overall, highly recommended the hotel, but for my Celiacs- not recommended for breakfast meal but a quick bite of fruit and java! Happy Travels!!
