It’s a very good hotel: nice bathroom, clearness, very good breakfast. But we got a terrible experience trying to change our room to what we booked. After we tried to get the room with king size bed and a view(our booking), the woman at reception ( 05/04/24 at 4 pm) sent us to the smaller room with no view and dirty toilet.

Excellent property and staff. Location is slightly questionable at first, and the parking situation will throw you off. But it’s evident they’ve put a lot into making this place great, and I’d say it’s definitely worth it. One of the best stays in St Louis.
