The property is in a very nice part of town with lots of eateries nearby. You can park for free right across the street. The room was clean, but small. The towels in the bathroom were the equivalent of rags in my opinion. The water filling station didn’t work. The hotel advertises a restaurant, but all they had was appetizers and a couple of salads, not a sit down restaurant. The bar had limited choices. The bartender was not sociable at all. I’m not sure how this is a highly rated hotel.

Highly recommend this Hotel was in the middle of their medical center. They were so friendly when I arrived allowed me to check in early with no hassles the runs were extremely clean.! If I pass through this town again, I would Definitely say again!

I have mixed feelings about this place. I would be willing to stay again, but there were some things I didn’t like. The staff’s helpfulness was hit or miss. The gal who checked me in acted like she couldn’t stand me. The valet attendant Jaiden was attentive and kind. The rest of the staff spanned the range in between. My Expedia booking included free valet parking… the staff wasn’t sure how to do that at first, but they found a way to honor it. The location was lovely and safe. The room was comfortable and quiet. The bed was firm. Bedding was thin. Bring slippers with you because my bare feet turned black almost immediately walking around on dirty floors. The rest of the room seemed clean. The shower was annoying because the temperature was difficult to control and one of the two shower heads (the one I wasn’t using) dripped cold water on me the whole time. I would tentatively recommend it.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained! The staff were friendly and welcoming.. The only thing I didn’t like was having to wait over two hours for wash cloths and towels. I probably won’t stay here again.
