It was a pleasant surprise. The tv had a welcome note on the screen which made me feel at home. Better than home. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast during the week was better than my conference offered. I didn’t want to leave.

Perfectly nice inside, though a very basic room with only one chair and a tiny desk (and no coffee machine). Breakfasts were great, though, and staff were very pleasant. It's an old Shell corporate building, remodeled.

Beautiful hotel but trying to psrk is nearly impossible unless you're okay with vagrants sleeping on the sidewalks next to your car. Easier to just psy the $45 valet for the night which made your room cost more. Service was great and room was perfect. No places to eat nearby.

The expense for parking was high, and not very transparent. Everyone was kind and easy to work with but I would have stayed closer to the event space if I had known it would be the same price due to valet.

Nice hotel, convenient to a lot of things. Busch Stadium was a mile away same with the Arch. Massive lobby area with pool table, work stations and lounge areas.

Hotel was fairly nice but could tell it was a work in progress. Room was not very clean and we didn’t get any maid service our entire 4 days despite asking for it. Breakfast was good though and it had a nice lobby though.
