"The accommodation was quiet , spotless and staff friendly and efficient. The breakfast ( included in the reasonable room rate ) was superb and there was so much choice. Only 10 min pavement walk to the sea front and from the station . Also bus stop directly outside the hotel ( the Loop which runs til late evening every day ) ....every 10 to 15 mins if you don't want the walk. There is a lift to the upper floors and we had really efficient aircon in our room. We will definitely stay again ."

Breakfast and food in general was very nice. Noisy music from neighbouring establishments until 4am on Friday and Saturday, suggest ear plugs! Overall very happy to stay there again. Many thanks Royal Oak!"

"The Wicket is an extremely comfortable, clean and well maintained house. Everything was in great condition and felt luxurious but comfortable and homely. Lovely peaceful location with the sea just minutes away. You do have to walk further for Viking Bay or short drive to Margate beach, but on balance we felt it was worth it for the spacious house and garden and driveway for parking! It was only a short stay but we would love to come back again."

"Stayed for three nights with my daughter to attend a family event. Chris’s place was terrific: It was bright, super clean, well cared for and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was quiet, yet it was a short (10-12 minute), walk from the high street and the railway station. Living room and beds were very comfortable and we had new like bed linens and towels. Kitchen had everything that we needed. Chris maintained responsive communications with us throughout our stay. It’s clear that he has put a lot of thought into the way the flat is designed and provisioned. We really enjoyed the flat and will not hesitate to stay there again."

"We enjoyed our stay at The Cottage, and had all the equipment we needed. The owner met us there and was very helpful, and we appreciated the milk, eggs, tea and coffee available. The accommodation was further away from the centre of Broadstairs than I'd expected, but the general area (St. Peter's) was quiet and attraction. We found the information about the Loop bus very useful, and were able to make good use of it."
